Biting My Tongue
In a digital world of instant gratification, the limitations of black and white analog photography caught my interest. For my senior thesis, I studied how limitations in art, more specifically analog photography, can lead to artistic breakthroughs. The final outcome of this project was an artist book that included my darkroom prints and poetry. Characters, sets, and narratives were created by embracing the constraints of the medium.
